Made to order

Every sweatshirt is printed after you order it. There's no stock sitting on a shelf.

How long

Typically about 10 business days from the day you order. That's an estimate. If we can't ship your order within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it for a full refund. Got a party date? Write to us on the Contact page before you order and ask.

What shipping costs

A flat $5.00 USD to every country we ship to, and you'll see the full cost before you pay.

United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes aren't included in our price. Depending on where you live, your country may charge them when the parcel arrives, and you're responsible for them.

If something is wrong

If your sweatshirt arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or isn't the style or size you ordered, write to us on the Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If the size is badly wrong

If it's clearly the wrong size compared with our size guide, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund you and you can reorder in the right size.

Changed your mind

Each sweatshirt is printed after you order it, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a small difference in fit. If you live in the UK or EU you also have a legal 14-day right to cancel, set out in our refund policy. Check the size guide before you buy.

Cancelling

Write to us on the Contact page as soon as you can with your order number. If printing hasn't started, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. Once printing has started, an order can't be cancelled, apart from your legal rights.
